Who will be next for Florida State's 2025 recruiting class?

OT JOSH PETTY

Florida State already has commitments from four-star interior offensive linemen Solomon Thomas and Peyton Joseph. However, that does not mean that the Seminoles are finished acquiring talent at the position.

One prospect that I will be monitoring is five-star offensive tackle Josh Petty from Fellowship Christian School in Roswell, Georgia. Petty officially visited the Seminoles during their massive June 23rd weekend. Ironically enough, Petty's sister actually goes to school in Tallahassee so it could be an easy decision for him and his family.

Florida State is currently the crystal ball prediction leader at this time. However, a team like Georgia Tech is worth mentioning for his services. He will be deciding on August 12th (his birthday) so anything can happen between now and then.

It is worth mentioning that Petty would be an excellent addition to transforming the offensive line unit into something truly special. Can Florida State be able to hang on to land his services?
