Florida State football is preparing to have a massive recruiting weekend at the end of June before the dead period begins. The Seminoles are currently ranked outside of the top 25 in the 247Sports' Composite rankings with four prospects committed.

That is not what Seminole fans want to see from Florida State with the program having so much on-the-field success over the past two seasons. Florida State has not secured a pledge since four-star defensive end Javion Hilson de-committed from Alabama and flipped to the Seminoles in January.

They are planning to turn up the heat in recruiting with several highly-touted prospects on campus. The Seminoles usually have more pledges in the summer due to the coaching staff telling them to visit other schools before truly making their decision to commit to the university.

Two highly prioritized prospects confirmed on social media that they were officially visiting the Seminoles at the end of June in four-star offensive tackle Ziyare Addison and four-star cornerback Gregory Thomas.

Let's start with four-star offensive tackle Ziyare Addison. The talented prospect hails from Riverview, Florida. He has visited Florida State several times. However, he has visited schools such as Florida, UCLA, and Oregon recently. The program has five-star offensive lineman Solomon Thomas from Raines High School in Jacksonville committed. However, they need to solidify more talent.

Four-star cornerback Gregory Thomas comes from American Heritage High School in Plantation, Florida is a target that the Seminoles have been on for quite some time. Defensive backs coach Patrick Surtain Sr. used to be the head football coach at the high school. He has several crystal ball predictions in favor of the Seminoles.

It looks like Florida State leads for both prospects. This could be an exciting end to the month of June as the Seminoles look to generate recruiting momentum.
