CB GREGORY "ZAE" THOMAS

Decision Date: Sunday, June 30th

Synopsis: Class of 2025 four-star cornerback Gregory "Zae" Thomas from American Heritage High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida has been trending to Florida State for some time. His long-standing relationship with defensive backs coach Patrick Surtain Sr. (who was the former head football coach at American Heritage) is important. He will be deciding between Florida State and Clemson. I think the relationship with the coaching staff is too much to ignore.

LB ZAYDRIUS RAINEY-SALE

Decision Date: Monday, July 1st

Synopsis: Florida State did have a crystal ball prediction advantage for Class of 2025 four-star linebacker Zaydrius Rainey-Sale from Spanaway, Washington. However, he elected to commit to the home-state Washington Huskies. Then, former Washington head football coach Kalen DeBoer decided to take the position with Alabama. As a result, Rainey-Sale decided to back off his pledge. Florida State is in a battle with the Huskies once again as he officially visited Tallahassee on the weekend of June 14th. I have a weird feeling that the Seminoles find a way to get this done.
