No. 4 Four DL with 10+ tackles for a loss

FSU reached 100 tackles for a loss last year for the first time in well over a decade. Patrick Payton, Jared Verse, and Kalen DeLoach reach double-digit tackles for a loss, with Braden Fiske and Joshua Farmer rounding out the top five. Verse, DeLoach, and Fiske are no longer on the roster. However, Payton and Farmer return along with newcomers Marvin Jones Jr. and Darrell Jackson(Jackson had to sit out last year because the NCAA was dumb).

FSU will likely rotate its defensive front like last year, but I don't think the Noles will face the same number of mobile quarterbacks as last year. I expect Joshua Farmer and Darrell Jackson to cause havoc up the middle and Payton/Jones Jr. to do it off the edge at the defensive end position. They'll face several teams who like to run the ball and offensive lines already dealing with injuries. The way FSU rotates, I expect them to have an advantage over most offensive lines, which means they should have their way in 2024.
