Stanford Cardinals (3-9, 2-7 Pac-12)

The Stanford Cardinals were not much better than Wake Forest in 2023. The Cardinals went (3-9, 2-7 Pac-12) and only defeated two Power Five programs. They haven't won more than five games since the 2018 season, and that likely won't change anytime soon. 

The Cardinals are hamstrung by rigorous academic standards and don't treat football as a top priority when it comes to recruiting resources. Head coach Troy Taylor enters his second year at the helm after three successful seasons at Sacramento State. The Cardinals were not very competitive last season, even losing to Taylor's old FCS team. I don't see that changing anytime soon.
