WR JA'KHI DOUGLAS

Florida State fans probably had a feeling that losing pieces such as big-bodied playmakers Johnny Wilson and Keon Coleman to the NFL would be a tough pill to swallow.

However, the coaching staff added Alabama's Malik Benson and LSU's Jalen Brown this offseason via the transfer portal (who are both listed as starters). They each don't have a ton of high-quality collegiate experience for a room that is looking for consistency.

The Seminoles have returning pieces such as wide receivers Ja'Khi Douglas, Hykeem Williams, Kentron Poitier, Deuce Spann, Darion Williamson, and others.

Douglas has been regarded as Mr. Reliable in the slot for the Seminoles when they needed him the most (especially in the Pittsburgh game when they were down some weapons in the passing game). The senior is going to make a difference to allow the running game to develop.

I expect Douglas to show up in a big way on Saturday.
