Final Thoughts

There are more positives than negatives with DJ Uiagalelei. I'll break down Cam Ward also, but ultimately it'll be up to the coaches to find the right fit for the offense in 2024. Sometimes, it's about adapting and finding someone that can hide weaknesses and build on strengths in other areas. Can the coaching staff do enough to minimize the weaknesses of Uiagalelei? I think accuracy is something most guys have or don't have when it comes to mechanics.

However, a coaching staff who understands which throws a quarterback can consistently make goes a long way toward helping him be productive. Mike Norvell is one of the best offensive minds in college football, and he's done more with less a few times in his career. Uiagalelei has a lot of physical talent and experience. If he's the guy Mike Norvell picks, I think the offense could be productive in 2024.
