Lundy is the most experienced linebacker on the team and knows the defense better than most. He's also improved year over year as a player, and likely had his most impressive season as a Nole in 2023.

Lundy is another player who's been through the downtimes and can help remind guys what it's like when you're at rock bottom. However, he's developed by the staff and can use himself as an example for young players as they wait their turn. Lundy will play a vital role in helping newcomers like Shawn Murphy and young guys like Omar Graham Jr and Blake Nichelson improve the linebacker room.
