Final Thoughts

FSU baseball has some excellent pieces to work with going into the 2025 season. They will have a good core of guys from this year's team returning, which should help with team culture and overall chemistry. The biggest needs will be on the offensive side, replacing the power and production from the guys going into the 2025 MLB Draft. The starting pitching has a chance to be spectacular, and they have started addressing the bullpen needs. It'll be interesting to see who wants to join the program after watching what the Noles did this season.

Link Jarrett already commanded a lot of respect, but the ability to turn FSU around in short order should be attractive. Plus, FSU has shown the ability for guys to transfer in and have success. Max Williams, Marco Dinges, Daniel Cantu, Drew Faurot, Carson Dorsey, and Alex Lodise all transferred to FSU last year and became starters this year. Williams and Dinges will likely hear their names called in the 2025 MLB Draft. The position FSU is in now compared to a year ago is night and day and there are great days ahead!
