FSU hadn't hosted a regional since 2018, so I knew the crowd would show up, although some folks complained about Link Jarrett taking the noon game in the opener. Jarrett proved right with how the weather played out, and the FSU fans showed up regardless of the time.

I love baseball crowds that are knowledgeable of the game, and FSU fans are among the best. This moment with Carson Dorsey exiting the game one out show of a complete game gem stood out. FSU fans also gave the UCF pitcher in game two a nice round of applause as he got the short end of the stick from his defense while pitching well. That level of respect is something you won't find in many places, and it's a testament to fans who enjoy the game played the right way. FSU fans make a difference in these home games, and one reason why FSU is 31-4 at Dick Howser Stadium.
