TREMENDOUS LEADER

Don't get it twisted, Jordan Travis is not Jameis Winston-like where he does pre-game speeches in the locker room to fire his teammates up. That is not the type of leader that he is.

Travis has been through adverse situations during his time in Tallahassee where he questioned his ability to be a successful signal caller, struggled with staying healthy, transferred into a new place, and then had a coaching staff change. The signal caller knew that he had to remain level-headed for his teammates.

It was not easy for Travis to be acclimated to everything. However, he became a tremendous leader to his teammates. He could've easily thrown in the towel when he saw how difficult it was to navigate through everything. No one would have blamed him for quitting football or even transferring once again.

However, head football coach Mike Norvell preaches about responding to situations that may not go in your favor. He stuck to the uncomfortableness and reaped the benefits. While Travis isn't a perfect product, he has the intangibles to lead his new NFL teammates whoever drafts/picks him up.
