3 players on the Seminoles' roster that I will be watching this week in fall camp
LB CAM RILEY
Florida State will have its hands full with having to replace the likes of Kalen DeLoach and Tatum Bethune who have graduated and are on to the NFL. Those two were the top tacklers for the Seminoles last season and brought a ton of leadership and experience.
While veteran DJ Lundy did return for another season, the Seminoles are lacking experienced linebackers in the rotation. Florida State did add transfers such as Alabama's Shawn Murphy and Auburn's Cam Riley. They also have talented younger options such as Justin Cryer, Blake Nichelson, and Omar Graham Jr.
I want to see if the redshirt senior Cam Riley emerges. The four-year contributor at Auburn has a ton of collegiate experience and could be exactly what Florida State needs in its defensive scheme.
I expect Riley to play this season in meaningful games, but I wonder how much burn he will get. This is a critical time to see how the former Auburn transfer can handle the rest of the fall camp.
