I don't blame College Football 25 for not understanding how massive the pickup of former Alabama Crimson Tide cornerback transfer Earl Little Jr. is. However, the Seminoles' coaching staff knew exactly what they were doing when they acquired him.

They have a lengthy cornerback who will play in the slot and create havoc for opposing wide receivers. It was a slow start to the defensive back when he arrived on campus but once he got his feet underneath him, you could see the potential.

Former defensive back Greedy Vance Jr. (who was slated to be the starting slot cornerback) elected to transfer to USC. This move showcased how much progress Little Jr. in his short time since being in Tallahassee. The coaching staff wanted the former four-star prospect before he decided to take his talents to Tuscaloosa.

Defensive backs coach Patrick Surtain Sr. could have the former American Heritage High School product move all over the field in their 4-2-5 defensive scheme. I believe that Little Jr. has the opportunity to be an All-ACC caliber type of defender if he remains focused.
