FIVE-STAR OT TY HAYWOOD

We are starting this list red hot as five-star offensive tackle target Ty Haywood from Ryan High School in Denton, Texas will be visiting Florida State this weekend.

The offensive lineman is considered the 10th-best prospect in the 2025 cycle in the 247Sports' Composite rankings. He has a loaded official visit slate with TCU (May 3), UCLA (May 10), Alabama (May 31), Texas A&M (June 6), and Oklahoma (June 14).

The fact that he has so many official visits scheduled this early in the recruitment process could suggest that Haywood would like to decide before his senior season. The goal for the coaching staff would be to get the offensive lineman to schedule an official visit to Tallahassee.

Even with Thomas in the fold, the coaching staff would like to add more pieces to the room for offensive coordinator/offensive line coach Alex Atkins. I am a bit worried if the home-state Texas Longhorns get involved in his recruitment. It would be awesome to see if the Seminoles can get Haywood to officially visit on the weekend of June 21st.
