3 former Seminoles that I would love to use in College Football 25 Ultimate Team
LB MARVIN JONES
Florida State football has had some fantastic linebackers through the years. I could have chosen so many players from the position. However, I think it was appropriate to go with linebacker Marvin "Shade Tree" Jones.
His son (defensive end Marvin Jones Jr.) now plays for the current football team and is expected to be a pivotal piece in their defensive line rotation. Could we see a father-son duo in Ultimate Team? Could you imagine both of them on defense creating havoc for opposing offenses?
Just like Warrick, you could easily put Shade Tree on the Mount Rushmore of Florida State football. During his career with the Seminoles, he was a tackling machine where he had 369 total tackles.
Jones was selected by the New York Jets with the fourth pick in the 1992 NFL Draft. The Seminole Hall of Famer would certainly be someone that my opponents would be scared to throw across the middle of the field unless they want to be in a body bag.
