Florida State's coaching staff is hosting several 2025 prospects on campus this weekend. While the Seminoles have not secured a committed from the cycle since January when four-star defensive end Javion Hilson flipped from Alabama to Florida State, the time is now for the coaching staff get some good news.
We already reported that the Seminoles received a commitment from Class of 2026 five-star quarterback Brady Smigiel from Newbury Park, California which is massive in its own right. However, I know fans aren't quite as excited for 2026 prospects right now with recruiting being ever-changing.
This is one of the biggest visitor weekends since head football coach Mike Norvell has arrived in Tallahassee. Here are the following recruits in attendance:
Five-star OT Ty Haywood
Five-star OT Josh Petty
Five-star IOL Solomon Thomas (FSU commit)
Four-star QB Tramell Jones Jr.
Four-star RB Byron Louis
Four-star WR Vernell Brown III
Four-star WR CJ Wiley
Four-star WR Daylan McCutcheon
Four-star TE Hollis Davidson III
Four-star OT Lamont Rogers
Four-star IOL Peyton Joseph
Four-star DE Javion Hilson (FSU commit)
Four-star DE Jalen Wiggins (UF commit)
Four-star DT Myron Charles
Four-star DT Kevin Wynn
Four-star LB Tavion Wallace
Four-star LB Gavin Nix
Four-star CB Gregory "Zae" Thomas
Four-star CB Shamar Arnoux
Here are the nine prospects that we feel confident could make their decision to come to Florida State shortly.
