DL MANDRELL DESIR

The Desir Twins were a duo that the coaching staff raved about during the offseason. Most fans turned their heads at the comments because the true freshmen were former three-star prospects in the 2025 recruiting class.

If former three-star true freshmen were going to contribute, it had to mean that the defensive line is super underwhelming. However, that has not been the case, as it seems the Desir Twins are just that good (more specifically Mandrell Desir).

The Miami, Florida, native is a versatile piece that the Seminoles can play at defensive end and defensive tackle. The youngster had a sack and a total for loss in the game against Wake Forest. Even though he didn't have a ton of production, the pressure was felt by both quarterbacks in Robby Ashford and Deshawn Purdie.

This is now two straight games that Desir has recorded a sack in a game and looks to build the momentum as the Seminoles head into Clemson next Saturday night.
