OL LUKE PETITBON
I mentioned that wide receiver Duce Robinson broke the rock earlier in the post-game of the Wake Forest win, but Robinson went to the stage to break it, he asked offensive lineman Luke Petitbon to break it first for his performance.
The offensive line doesn't get nearly enough love, and lineman Luke Petitbon has grinded all season with the Seminoles. The former Wake Forest transfer faced off against his former team and got the revenge.
Petitbon has been sensational this season in protecting in the passing and ground game. It has helped that the Seminoles brought in offensive line coach Herb Hand this offseason to lead the unit, as the group has been productive compared to last year.
The offensive line doesn't get the shine that it deserves, but they protected quarterback Thomas Castellanos and allowed him to get 271 passing yards, as well as being able to establish the ground game with 150 rushing yards as the Seminoles cruised to a 42-7 victory.
