I know that Florida State's defense will likely try to take superstar wide receiver Ryan Williams (He isn't 17 years old anymore) out of the game plan, where he could be covered by star cornerback Jerry Wilson and rover safety Earl Little Jr.
This could make for some challenging windows for Simpson to throw through. However, this is a talented bunch of wide receivers that the Crimson Tide possesses. It can be a daunting task for a Seminoles' secondary that could have some inexperienced, young players.
I could have chosen former Miami Hurricanes receiver Isaiah Horton, but the Seminoles have only allowed him to have seven receptions for 69 yards and zero touchdowns in his last two meetings facing Florida State.
One name that I want to highlight is wide receiver Germie Bernard, who is considered the number two pass catcher in the offense. He was someone that Jalen Milroe relied on later in the 2024 season, where he recorded 19 receptions and 332 yards in the final four contests. This connection between Simpson and Bernard could be a problem for the Seminoles.
