Defensive Tackle

FSU defensive line coach Terrance Knighton caught some undeserved heat from a small segment of FSU fans who didn't understand how recruiting works last month.

However, they've fallen back into the cut like Neosporin after FSU added three quality defensive tackle targets in recent weeks.

Wihtlley Cadeau is a developmental guy who is 6'5" and 295 pounds. He has some great traits but will take time to ascend into a playmaker. Tico Crittendon is a guy I like a lot. He is 6'4" and 300 pounds.

The final guy is another developmental piece. James Carrington checks in at 6'2" and 260 pounds. He reminds me of someone like Joshua Farmer who had to add about 50 pounds before he was ready to contribute to the interior.

FSU needs a top-notch defensive tackle in this class. I don't know if they'll get one or not, but James Johnson and Ernest Rankins remain uncommitted. IF FSU got either it would be an outstanding haul overall.
