This is absurd.

Duke Football defeated FSU for the first time ever on Friday night. The final score was 23-16. Duke had 180 yards of total offense, went 3 of 17 on third down, 12 of 24 passing, and won the football game. How bad does an offense have to be to allow a defense to play that well and lose?

They turned the ball over four times, which included a pick-six.

FSU actually had a running game for the first time all season. They rushed for 162 yards, which was a season-high. However, Brock Glenn threw two interceptions(including the pick-six) and fumbled the ball all in the first half.

Mike Norvell brought Luke Kromenhoek into the game, and it was moving way too fast for the most part. However, he threw a couple of nice balls that were dropped, and one would have been a long touchdown pass. I told everyone that FSU should defeat Duke, and as terrible as they played, they had the ball with a chance to tie it on their last possession.

The FSU offensive line was awful, allowing six sacks and 11 tackles for a loss. Some blame can go on the quarterbacks holding the ball, but overall, it was terrible. The final offensive play saw Duke get pressure with a three-man rush. FSU receivers and tight ends were awful, with multiple drops.

This loss is squarely on the offense, as nearly all the losses. The FSU defense was outstanding, as predicted since Duke's offense isn't good. They only allowed 3.05 yards per play, and Duke scored 17 points off turnovers. It's inexcusable for an offense to be this bad, and all the offensive staff must go. I've seen enough.
