Duke Will Give It Up On The Ground

FSU hasn't had any type of running game this year and it's probably not smart to think they'll find one this week. However, they've had multiple weeks to self-scout and formulate a game plan against Duke.

Brock Glenn at quarterback gives FSU more options offensively, and Duke has allowed at least 150 rushing yards in the last five games. They allowed 179 rushing yards against UConn, 168 against Middle Tennessee State, and 245 against Georgia Tech in their last outing. UConn and Middle Tennessee State have offenses ranked worse than FSU.

I'm not saying FSU will rush for 100+ rushing yards, but I believe there will be opportunities for this offense to take advantage of an aggressive Manny Diaz defense. I don't think their defensive front is better than Clemson, SMU, or even California.

We could see more Brock Glenn in the running game to help loosen the defense up, which could help open the passing game more. Duke allowed UConn to score 20 points and their offense ranks worse than FSU.
