FSU football: 5 biggest questions with 2025 fall camp on the horizon

Really curious to see how everything shakes out. This team has some nice parts if they can put it together.

Health/Depth

If someone could guarantee me FSU would have all of their starters remain healthy for all 12 games, I'd put a ton on money on FSU to win at least eight games without question.

Their starting talent is better than most teams they'll face.

However, as I've mentioned, several guys they will count on this season were already dealing with injuries in the spring. Several on the offensive line, a couple at wide receiver, and some guys on defense.

FSU had a ton of young players gain experience last year, which was a good thing, but there's a lot of unproven talent on the roster.

It'll be a roll of the dice if FSU depends on those guys to carry the load, especially at those two positions.

Also, what happens at quarterback if Thomas Castellanos has to go out? Brock Glenn has the tools to run Malzhan's offense, but at what level can he do it? The freshman Kevin Sperry has shined, but FSU can't rely on him to do anything without any college experience. FSU needs to stay healthy to do well(that's every team), but FSU has less margin for error because of a lack of proven depth.
