TE LANDEN THOMAS

Some of Florida State's veterans have not played well this season. It has been disappointing to see the upperclassmen fall from grace after the high expectations surrounding the program.

Senior tight end Kyle Morlock was thought to be a reliable weapon for the offense after the talented playmaker Jaheim Bell entered the NFL Draft. It was thought to not be that much of a drop off since Morlock had 255 receiving yards last year.

However, the former Shorter transfer has been inconsistent this year with multiple drops in crucial situations. The coaching staff has decide to insert true freshmen Landen Thomas and Amaree Williams into the lineup.

Thomas had a coming out party versus Clemson where he had seven receptions for 80 yards. This is a tight end that I expect Glenn to continue to have a connection with more and more as the season goes along.
