I'm just saying....don't be surprised.

Stylistically it's a better matchup for FSU than Alabama or UVA's offense

One of the biggest differences in Miami’s offense and what Alabama and Virginia like to do on offense is the mobility of the quarterback.

Carson Beck can run, but he doesn’t have the athleticism of those other two guys, especially Chandler Morris. Morris did damage and was a major threat to the FSU defense, and his legs were a reason some of Virginia’s other concepts worked, but that won’t be the case on Saturday night.

Carson Beck has run 10 times in four games this year, and only run 55 times all last year at Georgia. Miami has a good offensive line and a strong running game, but not having to worry about him as a constant threat should help Tony White and the defense execute things.

If FSU can get him off his spot and make him throw on the move, he becomes less accurate, and that’s something Florida’s defense achieved.

Overall Thoughts

Miami has some good pieces, but they havent' come across as an elite team to me. They have played every game at home and FSU is the complete team they've faced all season. As usual, this game will come down to who makes the fewest mistakes and executes. If they are so much better than FSU, why is that betting line what it is?
