GUARD MALIK BEASLEY

Head basketball coach Leonard Hamilton had things rolling with the program back in the middle of the 2010s. Jonathan Isaac and Dwayne Bacon have already been listed in this article. They were both five-star prospects.

Guess who was another five-star athlete from the 2015 cycle... Guard Malik Beasley. The Seminoles had so many weapons to play with on those squads. It was a shame that the program couldn't win the NCAA Tournament.

Beasley was yet another dynamic weapon offensively that scored at will. Back in his recruiting days, the talented guard's hometown was Alpharetta, Georgia. The thought process was that he would commit to the home-state Georgia Bulldogs where he was crystal balled to go to.

However, he ended up choosing the unpopular decision and playing for Leonard Hamilton. During his one season at Florida State, Beasley averaged 15.6 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game.

He was drafted with the 19th overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft by the Denver Nuggets.
