THREE-STAR DE CHRIS ADDISON
I know that I am listing three-star defensive end prospect Chris Addison from Louisiana in this list. This will likely make fans say: "Well, another three-star prospect...What's new?"
To be honest, the Seminoles have secured three defensive line commitments in their 2026 recruiting class with four-star James Carrington, four-star Tico Crittendon, and three-star Wihtlley Cadeau. The reality is that they only have one prospect who can probably play as a defensive end (Carrington).
However, the defensive trenches need to be emphasized by Coach Knighton this cycle, and the Seminoles have already struck out on some highly-touted prospects, such as five-star Trenton Henderson.
Four-star Jamarion Matthews (Alabama commit), four-star Kamron Wilson (Syracuse commit), three-star Keysaun Eleazer, three-star Katrell Webb, and three-star Chris Addison are probably their most realistic gets.
The most likely is probably Addison, since he officially visited the Seminoles during the final official visit weekend. The Louisiana native is listed at 6'4" and 245 pounds and had 63 tackles with 8.5 sacks during his junior season last year. He would be a solid get for Florida State to grab in the recruiting class.
