RB OUSMANE KROMAH

I understand the fans' frustrations with the way that the Florida State coaching staff uses its running backs. Position coach David Johnson talks about the brotherhood in the room. The Seminoles are afforded the opportunity to have so many capable backs.

However, when offensive coordinator Gus Malzahn came to Tallahassee, the thought process was that he would have a workhorse back like he did at UCF with RJ Harvey or at least have a dynamic duo. That has been far from what has happened.

The Seminoles decided to have true freshman running back Ousmane Kromah be the leading carrier with 11 carries for 59 yards. This is the most carries that the youngster has had since the matchup against Virginia (12).

This was something that the fan base wanted to see from Kromah, since the program had to battle away schools such as Georgia and Auburn to acquire him in the 2025 recruiting class. Hopefully, he can use this momentum to end the year.
