HANDLE THE GROWING PAINS OF OL ANDRE OTTO

I have been a big advocate for redshirt freshman offensive lineman Andre Otto where I even suggested that he deserved to start at the right tackle position over veteran pieces such as Jeremiah Byers and Robert Scott Jr.

Let's not kid ourselves... the Seminoles' offensive line has been dreadful this season. I, like many individuals, thought that this veteran group would be the strength of the team. Then the fan base thought that Alex Atkins coming back from his three-game suspension would help, but the offensive line is still horrific.

The offense cannot run block to save their lives, which I thought was a crazy standpoint since the coaching staff prides itself on their ability to run the football.

Redshirt freshman Andre Otto had some flashing moments on Saturday versus Clemson in his first start, but he also had challenging situations where he got put on his back. However, I believe that it is the right move to start him and allow him to go through the growing pains since the veterans have struggled and you need to see what 2025 brings.
