PLAYERS CARE ABOUT HIM

Florida State defeated Wake Forest at home a few weeks ago, and the Seminole fan base was upset that Coach Norvell was still employed with the Seminoles. However, players such as Thomas Castellanos, Duce Robinson, Edwin Joseph, and Earl Little Jr. showed their support for him.

This is important to have the backing of the players on your side. Regardless of what the media, fans, or public say, the players are involved with him every day. The one key aspect is that they always say that he is the same person each and every day when he cares about them.

In today's landscape of college football, it looks like programs care about not having good human beings and the dollar signs are all that matter. I get the record that the Seminoles possess, and that it isn't good enough. However, Coach Norvell is a great ambassador to what Florida State is.

The players will back him up. The next step is for those players to be more consistent on the field to show the fruits of his labor. Nonetheless, it shows that the administration sided with the players and their decision to wanting him to stick around in Tallahassee.
