NORVELL WILL BE THE CEO

This might sound crazy to a degree, but head football coach Mike Norvell will finally get the opportunity to be a CEO. After being a former wide receiver at Central Arkansas, Norvell has always had his hand print on the offense.

However, after the offense ranked 128th in the FBS in 2024, it was time to allow someone else try their hand at the unit. I love the fact that he gave the unit off to someone he trust and was at the top of his coaching tree in Gus Malzahn.

I hate to be this person, but some of the best coaches in all of college football are CEOs. Just look at the success that Deion Sanders had at Colorado in 2024. He hired some of the best assistant coaches and allowed them to focus primarily on their respective units.

It seems like there were moments where Norvell was doing too much at times, and it showed on the field, too. I love to see that he is making the proper adjustments to get Florida State back to where individuals are used to being.
