2023 Season

Wilson figured to be an integral part of the 2023 offense alongside another transfer addition, Keon Coleman. Wilson wasted no time making his presence felt, with seven receptions and 104 yards.

Wilson had a forgettable game against Southern Mississippi, where he had several drops, an off-and-on problem for the large receiver.

However, he rebounded nicely with another 100-yard performance against Boston College in week three.

He also had big games in week four against Clemson and a two-touchdown performance against Virginia Tech. Wilson missed three games this season with injuries but amassed 41 receptions for 617 yards and two touchdowns.

He was a receiver that made some of the toughest catches you’ll ever see, and an instant mismatch against every secondary he went up against.

Receivers his size and speed don’t grow on trees, and he’ll be difficult to replace next year. FSU has some young receiver talent on the roster waiting in the wings.
