FSU football: Impact players versus the Florida Gators
WR Keon Coleman
This Florida State offense has a multitude of weapons that Tate Rodemaker could utilize at his disposal. One pass catcher that I believe could be a factor is junior Keon Coleman, who transferred in from Michigan State this offseason.
Coleman is the Seminoles’ leading wide receiver with 45 receptions for 615 yards and 11 touchdowns. In his last three game, he has secured four touchdowns. The college football landscape has been introduced to the Louisiana native after he recorded nine catches for 122 yards and three touchdowns in the season opener versus the LSU Tigers.
Florida’s defensive unit is vulnerable against the pass and is subject to allowing big plays through the air. Coleman could give Rodemaker a safety valve if he needs to get in rhythm.
