TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA – OCTOBER 14: Keon Coleman #4 of the Florida State Seminoles catches a pass against Jason Simmons jr. #6 of the Syracuse Orange during the first half of a game at Doak Campbell Stadium on October 14, 2023 in Tallahassee, Florida. (Photo by James Gilbert/Getty Images) /

WR Keon Coleman

Wide receiver Keon Coleman has been an excellent addition for the Seminoles’ offense this season. The former Michigan State transfer has recorded 38 receptions for 538 yards and nine touchdowns and has been regarded as one of the best pass catchers in all of college football.

Some fans in the offseason wondered why the coaching staff decided to acquire his services. However, it seems abundantly clear that Coleman takes this offensive system to the next level. With wide receiver Johnny Wilson potentially being listed as unavailable in this contest, this could be another opportunity for him to break out once again.

During the 41-16 victory over the Demon Deacons, Coleman made it look effortlessly where he was involved early and often with catching seven passes for 66 yards and two touchdowns.

While the Panthers did not allow the Fighting Irish to have a wide receiver get 75+ yards against them, I expect Coleman to take full advantage of their defense and put the college football world on notice.
