FSU football: 3 reasons Noles in perfect position to peak at right time

Upcoming Schedule
I’ve alluded to this in several videos on my YouTube channel. The next five games are all winnable games for FSU football. Here is where each team ranks via FEI advanced metrics:
- Virginia Tech (No. 72 overall, No. 80 offense, No. 71 defense)
- Syracuse (No. 32 overall, No. 33 offense, No. 7 defense)
- Duke (No. 20 overall, No. 32 offense, No. 15 defense) *Likely will be without their starting QB
- Wake Forest (No. 65 overall, No. 51 offense, No. 54 defense)
- Pittsburgh (No. 73 overall, No. 106 offense, No. 48 defense)
Three of these games will be at home, and none of these teams have the talent/depth FSU has. If players get healthy and the coaches have self-scouted well, FSU will be in a prime position to have everything rolling by the time the Miami game on November 11th.
That’s similar to a college basketball team preparing for its conference tournament before the NCAA Tournament. Some folks want to discredit FSU because LSU lost another game or Clemson lost against Duke. The good news is that FSU can control the narrative somewhat if they take care of business over the next few weeks.
If they put teams away the way they’re supposed to? All that dropping in the polls or looking at past games will hold little weight since no team has been dominant this year.
