Four-star LB Michael Boganowski

The linebacker position has been a topic of discussion for the Seminoles’ recruiting efforts, especially considering that redshirt seniors Tatum Bethune and Kalen DeLoach will be departing after the conclusion of the 2023 season.

Some individuals feel as though the linebacker position is not as important in the game of football anymore. However, don’t tell that to Kalen DeLoach, who single-handedly changed the outcome of the game versus the Clemson Tigers with the Earth-shattering hit on quarterback Cade Klubnik.

While the Seminoles run a ton of two linebacker defensive sets, it is worth mentioning that redshirt junior DJ Lundy will be elevating into the starting role in 2024, but who will be his running mate?

The Seminoles currently have two linebacker prospects to their 2024 recruiting class in three-stars Jayden Parrish and Timir Hickman-Collins. However, the coaching staff could explore another prospect to add to the fold.

One name that comes to mind is four-star Michael Boganowski from Junction City, Kansas. He unofficially visited the Seminoles in the month of June (originally was planned to be an official visit), and the coaching staff is looking to get him on an official visit before Signing Day arrives in December.
