The FSU offense had a quick three-and-out and gave Clemson a short field, which resulted in their first touchdown. Clemson’s next possession was way too easy, with the defense not even getting Clemson to third down on the drive.

Clemson got an extra possession with the FSU defensive touchdown and going into overtime. That’s 43 plays for 211 yards, which is 4.9 ypp. The lone touchdown drive featured Byron Turner Jr. getting a hand on Cade Klubnik for a near sack, but not getting him down, only to see him escape for a big 17-yard run.
There was another 3rd down conversion on a contested catch, and Jarrian Jones nearly sacked Klubnik on a pass play that went down to the FSU one-yard line. The FSU defense gave the offense multiple time to take the lead in the game before regulation ended.
