Rodney Hill

Trey Benson is the FSU running back that most national media know by name, but Rodney Hill is someone they’ll have to add to their lists before long.

The redshirt freshmen appeared in four games last season but figures to find a prominent role in the 2023 offense.

His first appearance this year against LSU already netted a highlight run, with Hill showing excellent burst around the edge and a physicality you rarely see from young running backs.

I expect to see Hill get more carries in the Southern Miss game to show off more of his skillset. He seems like a mixture of Benson’s abilty to truck guys, but with the vision and elusiveness of former FSU running back Treshaun Ward.
