Kentron Poitier

Kentron Poitier is still an important player on this team, even though we didn’t see him in the  stat lines from the LSU game.

Poitier is a player who had a strong spring camp, but seemed to get overshadowed upon the arrival of Keon Coleman in the summer. We saw what Keon Coleman can do in the LSU game.

However, Poitier is a capable wide receiver and will likely be a player the coaches count on big-time in 2024 once Coleman and Johnny Wilson head to the NFL.

Poitier has developed nicely since arriving at FSU with little football experience(he didn’t start playing until high school).

This Southern Miss game would be a good time to see him get on the field, and to allow his presence to be felt.

A strong performance would build some confidence and let the coaches know they could probably put him in some games to spell Coleman or Wilson when they need it.
