Overall It Should Be A Much Improved Team

I did this exercise the last two years with a lot of the same results, with units improving over the previous year.

I was right in most cases, and I think the experience and talent added to the roster should make this FSU football team a much better version than last year. FSU has talent and experience in nearly every position.

They have multiple guys on the roster that will not only have the potential to play in the NFL but will get drafted. FSU has only had two players drafted over the past two seasons.

However, this season will be the first in a while where there will be a sizable talent gap between FSU and opposing teams. LSU and Clemson will be the only teams on the schedule that may have an edge in talent and experience overall.

Whether FSU meets expectations of winning the ACC and making the College Football Playoff comes down to the little things against the best teams on the schedule.

Teams not turning the ball over, executing in the red zone, getting stops on third downs, etc.
