Four-star CB Jalewis Solomon
We already talked about five-star Charles Lester III’s recruitment with the Seminoles. While Lester III is a top uncommitted prospect for the Seminoles, Solomon isn’t too far behind.
The talented defensive back is from Schley County in Ellaville (GA). He officially visited the Seminoles on the loaded June 23rd weekend and named FSU his No. 1 school during his exit meeting.
Solomon will decide between Florida State, South Carolina, Auburn, Kentucky, and Texas A&M on August 5th. The Seminoles already have one cornerback prospect in their recruiting class with four-star Ricky Knight III, and they are open to taking 3-4 more if the right fit presents itself.
During his junior season, Solomon was incredible, where he had 86 receptions for 1,210 yards and 10 touchdowns as a receiver as well as 29 tackles, four pass breakups, and three interceptions as a cornerback.
Hopefully, by the time Solomon announces his commitment, FSU will have its foundation set at the cornerback position, and he could be the missing piece that could elevate them to an elite unit.
