Robert Scott Jr.

Robert Scott Jr. was an important part of FSU’s offensive success in 2022. He started in all 11 games played at left tackle and made All-ACC second team.

A major credit to Scott in his ability to play while injured last year, which was major because FSU didn’t have the depth they’ll have in 2023.

Scott missed all of spring camp recovering from an injury but should be a starter at one of the tackle positions.

Scott brings a wealth of experience to Mike Norvell’s offense, starting since his freshman season. He has played both tackle positions in his first three seasons.

Ideally, I’d like to see him move to right tackle and place Bless Harris at left tackle since that seems to be more of a natural position.

Scott is better in the run game blocking than pass protection, but the move allows FSU to get its five best linemen on the field.
