Rodney Hill

Rodney Hill is a young player that many people believe has an outstanding career ahead of him. He’s one reason the staff was not overly concerned when Treshaun Ward decided to transfer to Kansas State, and we know what type of player Ward was for the Noles.

Hill redshirted last season but saw solid production in four games with 27 carries for 144 yards and one touchdown.

While I expect Trey Benson to get the majority of the carries early this season, especially against LSU.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Toafili have a larger role in that game, but I expect Hill’s role to increase gradually, similar to what we saw from Benson last year.

It wouldn’t surprise me to see Hill hit 100 rushing attempts this year, especially with FSU expected to blowout so many teams.

If that’s the case, I think we’ll see him surpass 500 rushing yards fairly easily, plus whatever he gets in the receiving game.
