Difference-Makers At Cornerback

This position group has been difficult to nail down when it comes to top cornerback targets after Charles Lester III.

He’ll announce his decision on July 28th, and the Noles are in a great position there. If they land Lester III, that will be one difference-maker, but who else would fall into that category?

A top 100 player, Jamari Howard, is a player that comes to mind who took two official visits in June. FSU got him on campus in March and may look to secure an official visit during the season.

If they don’t get Howard, Cai Bates is the only other cornerback that’s likely realistic. Bates officially visited the Noles on June 11-13th but also visited Tennessee, Alabama, and LSU.

I know FSU is in a good spot for four-star athlete Jalewis Solomon, but I view him as a safety in college.

They will have guys that can likely play multiple positions, but I’m looking for true difference-makers at cornerback.
