Committed Prospects

The Seminoles have four committed prospects on campus this weekend, which is headlined by five-star tight end Landen Thomas, four-star quarterback Luke Kromenhoek, four-star wide receiver TJ Abrams, four-star wide receiver Camdon Frier, and three-star safety CJ Heard.

Need more defenders

These prospects will be doing their best to persuade these uncommitted prospects to bring their talents to Tallahassee. As you tell from the list of visitors, there is not a high amount of highly-touted defenders coming in this weekend. As a result, an emphasis has to be placed on that side of the football.

Out of the 11 prospects committed to the program, only four prospects have pledged their intentions to join the Seminoles on defense/special teams.

Losing production after 2023

FSU’s coaching staff is looking to change the narrative of acquiring defenders and have a plan in place for potentially losing the services of Fabien Lovett Sr., Braden Fiske, Dennis Briggs Jr., Jared Verse, Kalen DeLoach, Tatum Bethune, Akeem Dent, Jarrian Jones, and Renardo Green at the end of the 2023 season.
