The ACC Conference released its 2023 schedule Monday night as FSU football learned the hand it was dealt.

In real-time, as the schedule unfolded, I felt like this schedule was favorable for the Noles considering what I know about the opponents and what they lost from last year.

There isn’t a crazy stretch of three consecutive ranked teams like in 2022, and if we believe the Noles will be as good as we think? It shouldn’t matter who’s on the schedule.

In case you missed it, the schedule is below:

FSU doesn’t have the two games on a Friday night like last year. The bye week after the Clemson game will give the team time to heal after what will be a physical game.

The three consecutive home games after the bye-week should be a big boost for the local economy in Tallahassee.

FSU football should be the betting favorite in about 10 of these games. The LSU and Clemson games will likely be 50/50, with FSU possibly a betting favorite against Clemson if they beat LSU in the season opner.

That’s something that FSU football fans wouldn’t have been able to say for the last six or seven years. Here are five huge positives from the 2022 FSU football schedule.
