FSU football: Things to watch between now and 2022 Early Signing Day
By Kelvin Hunt
Who’s Visiting Tallahassee
One of the most important things in a player’s recruitment is visiting campus. The more they visit, the higher probability the player will sign with that team.
Transfer portal recruiting is about how quickly you can get a player to visit once they enter the transfer portal.
FSU usually operates quickly on players they have as high-priority players. FSU football coaches will have a mixture on campus this weekend.
UTEP transfer offensive lineman Jeremiah Byers, UCF transfer cornerback Devonte Brown, USCe transfer tight end Jaheim Bell, Shorter University transfer tight end Kyle Morlock, Four-star DB Conrad Hussey, four-star defensive end Rueben bain, UVA prep linebacker commit Kamren Robinson are a handful of targets that have made their way to campus. Noles247 reported Damari Brown made it to campus late Friday night.
FSU has had several players enter this transfer portal this week, and if they can land the majority of the player’s campus this weekend, it would be a significant upgrade to the roster.
Devonte Brown is the brother of four-star defensive back target Damari Brown. Crystal ball predictions for Bell and Robinson have been added in the last couple of days.
FSU will have Christopher Otto, Casey Roddick, Keyshawn Blackstock, and potentially some others on campus next weekend when they will host the majority of their long time commits.
