FSU football: Grading our top 10 BOLD predictions for 2022 season

FSU Football Will Blow The Doors Off Of Boston College
Here’s what I wrote:
"I don’t know why some pundits are in love with Boston College. Yes, Phil Jurkovec is decent, and Zay Flowers is a very good wide receiver, that’s about all they have. I don’t know why some people say they have a good defense because they don’t. They allowed 5.43 ypp last year, and teams averaged 4.53 yards per rush. They had no pass rush and only had 55 tackles for a loss. Folks point to their secondary, but teams didn’t have to pass because they could run it all day. Boston College has to replace the entire offensive line, and they don’t have anyone special at running back. This team doesn’t have a lot of talent and continues to be the same six-win team they were before Jeff Haffley took over. Where is this hype coming from? This matchup is built for FSU to exploit them, just as they did last year before the referees interjected themselves. It’s the first home game against a Power 5 program, and if FSU football takes care of business at Louisville the previous week? They will run through Boston College like old folks drinking Castor Oil."
Trey Benson returning the opening kickoff for a touchdown was foreshadowing of things to come. The score was 24-0 before we could blink, and FSU destroyed Boston College in all three phases.
The final 44-14 score wasn’t close to how badly the Noles beat the Eagles. I know some folks look back in hindsight and say this was easy to predict, but FSU hadn’t blown anyone in the conference out in quite some time.
I said last year Phil Jurkovec wasn’t special and the only reason the game was close last year was because of the referees inserting themselves.
