Score TD In Red Zone

The FSU football offense has had success moving the ball between the 20s, but it’s in the red zone where they have struggled the most this season.

The bad news is Georgia Tech’s defense is among the best, only allowing teams to score touchdowns 52 percent of the time.

I’d think the red zone issues are something the coaching staff has looked at during their bye week to identify common issues preventing them from having more success.

Ironically, they were much better in the red zone last year, so there’s hope they can get it together in short order. The other factor is how much trust does Mike Norvell have in kicker Ryan Fitzgerald?

Will the coaching staff continue to play like it’s four-down territory once they get down in the red zone?

Either way, they have to come away with points once they get in the red zone, but they need to establish they can get in the end zone, as they will play teams with better offenses in the final four games.
