Final Thoughts

This loss is going to haunt me for a while because now I don’t think FSU will have much of a shot against Clemson next week. It’s the second consecutive week the FSU offense has cost the Noles a win.

The crowd at Doak Campbell Stadium won’t have the same juice it would have had if they beat NS State Saturday night. It’s likely the Noles will be without a few more starters due to injury as well.

Robert Cooper and Treshaun Ward left the game without returning. Who knows what will happen over the final six games of the season, but a win Saturday night would have made taken a loss against Clemson more palatable next week.

Clemson is a more complete team when compared to NC State, and they have a better defense. It’s all about getting to the bye-week after the Clemson game without suffering any more injuries.

Hopefully they can get healed up and go win the games they are supposed to win on the schedule.
